Prescription Assistance

Lupus patients often find themselves on a variety of medications and if you don’t have insurance or if you are under-insured, finding the means to cover the costs adds up.

There are several options available – be aware that most prescription assistance is based on need.

NeedyMeds is a non-profit information resource devoted to helping people in need find assistance programs to help them afford their medications and costs related to health care.

Living With Lupus Grant
LSI provides financial assistance for any lupus expense through its Living with Lupus Grant. Find the application here. Two grants of $400 each are funded each month. Recipients are selected by a board member and are eligible for 1 grant per 12 months.
